5. Returns and Exchanges

At Made from Memories, we want you to love your handmade bear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our simple return and cancellation terms below.

Cancellations: orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once we have begun work on your bear or an item has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns: we gladly accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items: memory bears and other custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed. Each promotional code is valid for a limited time and may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
